A key feature of the development is its views overlooking the greens of Jumeirah Golf Estates. Prices for units at Lawncrest start from AED 595,000 for a studio, with flexible payment options available to purchasers. The developer has partnered with Teka for kitchen appliances and Technogym for resident lifestyle amenities.

According to Zimaya Properties, nearly 50% of Lawncrest's units were sold within the first three weeks of its launch, indicating strong market confidence. This project marks the fifth residential development for Zimaya Properties in Dubai, with four previous projects having already sold out. The company's management team brings over 30 years of combined experience in real estate, design, planning, and construction. Looking ahead, Zimaya Properties has additional projects planned, including a beachfront development on Dubai Islands and a commercial project in Arjan.
