Capella Dubai to Open 115-Key Luxury Hotel at Dubai Peninsula by 2030

Capella Hotel Group is set to debut its luxury hospitality brand in the UAE with the opening of Capella Dubai in 2030. The hotel will feature 115 keys and be situated within the Dubai Peninsula, a 210-acre waterfront development along Dubai’s Jumeirah coastline.

Developed by H&H and designed by Denniston, Capella Dubai will offer a range of suites, including some with private pools. A highlight will be the 600-square-metre Capella Suite, designed as a residential-style retreat. The hotel's location at the intersection of the Dubai Water Canal and the Arabian Sea places it within a master-planned destination that will also include international hotel brands, private residences, dining and retail, a superyacht marina, a kilometre of private beachfront, and over two million square feet of botanical gardens.

Bespoke Experiences and Amenities

Capella Dubai will focus on a personalised hospitality approach, connecting guests with the local culture through tailored experiences provided by dedicated Capella Culturists. These Culturists will create bespoke itineraries instead of conventional concierge services, offering insights into Dubai's cultural heritage, neighbourhoods, and contemporary lifestyle.

The hotel will feature five food and beverage venues, including a lobby lounge, Capella’s signature Living Room, a signature restaurant, and a rooftop specialty restaurant with city views. Wellness facilities will include:

• A nearly 70-meter rooftop swimming pool with private cabanas.
• A family pool and Little Stars children’s club at beach level.
• Capella Wellness, featuring the Auriga Spa, a Fitness Centre, Mind Body Studio, and an outdoor fitness area.
• Auriga Spa amenities: male and female treatment rooms, a co-ed suite, VIP suite, hammam, hydrotherapy circuit pool, two biohacking facilities, and grooming services.

For events, Capella Dubai will offer a ballroom with a pre-function lounge, two meeting rooms, a VIP Majlis, and an outdoor event lawn.
