Sugee Group and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Partner for World's First Vienna House Residences on Al Marjan Island

Sugee Group, an international real estate developer with four decades of experience, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, one of the world's largest hotel franchising companies, have announced a strategic partnership to introduce the world’s first Vienna House Residences by Wyndham.

This marks the global debut of the Vienna House Residences brand, bringing its residential hospitality concept to the Middle East on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The agreement was formally signed in Dubai by senior leadership from both organisations, including Govind Mundra, Head of Development for the Middle East and Africa at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Residential Offering

The Vienna House Residences on Al Marjan Island will feature fully furnished, hospitality-led residences. It will be the only development on the island specifically designed to offer short-term rental options, combining hotel services with private living spaces. Residents will receive exclusive Wyndham privileges, including a one-year complimentary Wyndham Rewards Platinum membership, preferred rates at over 8,400 hotels worldwide, and priority access to member-only offers.

Sheikh Saqr bin Omar Al Qasimi, CEO of Marjan Development, highlighted that this development integrates international hospitality with residential living, responding to evolving demand and contributing to Al Marjan Island's growth.

Sales and Investment

To facilitate sales, Sugee Group has appointed Invespy as its UAE sales partner, using their broker network and technology platform. Also, a new sales centre has opened in Dubai Marina to provide prospective buyers and investors with an early glimpse into the project's European-inspired design and investment potential.

Imran Khan, Founder and CEO of Inspy, noted that the project's early construction approach and its unique short-term rental model, backed by an internationally recognized hospitality brand, offer a differentiated investment proposition. He emphasized that this is the first project on Al Marjan Island to offer this short-term rental model, alongside being the global first for Vienna House Residences.
