Red Sea Global Unveils Rosewood AMAALA Resort and Residences in Saudi Arabia

Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer of regenerative tourism projects, has officially opened Rosewood AMAALA, a luxury resort and exclusive residential collection at Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern Red Sea coast. This development is part of AMAALA's strategy to establish itself as a premier wellness destination within the Kingdom.

Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV), the low-density resort spans approximately 40 hectares. It features 110 keys across pavilions, suites, and villas, each offering private swimming pools and indoor-outdoor living spaces for enhanced privacy and tranquility. A notable feature includes two natural rock pools situated directly on the Red Sea coast. The design integrates contemporary Arabian aesthetics with wellness experiences inspired by the natural beauty of the Red Sea and the Tabuk mountains.

Rosewood Residences AMAALA

Complementing the resort are the Rosewood Residences AMAALA, an exclusive collection of 26 branded residences. These residences, with interiors by Tristan Auer, range from three- to five-bedroom villas, offering a premium residential-style hospitality experience.

Amenities and Sustainability Focus

Guests at Rosewood AMAALA can enjoy eight culinary experiences, ranging from Mediterranean dining and modern grill concepts to lounges and poolside bars. The resort also offers an extensive Asaya spa, covering 2,100 square metres, which includes six treatment rooms, a double suite, a private hammam, and dedicated wet areas for men and women with sauna and steam rooms. Two fitness centres, one exclusively for women, are equipped with Technogym Artis, alongside yoga and movement studios. The unique Social House, a private day spa within Asaya, can be booked for exclusive group use. Families are catered for with the Rosewood Explorers kids’ club and other recreational facilities.

In line with RSG's commitment to sustainability, Rosewood AMAALA, along with the broader destination, will be fully powered by solar energy. The project also targets a 30% net conservation gain by 2040 for the surrounding natural environment.
