Peace Homes Development Becomes Platinum Sponsor for IPS 2026, Showcasing Dubai Expansion

Peace Homes Development has announced its Platinum Sponsorship of the International Property Show (IPS) 2026, solidifying its presence at one of the industry's largest events. The sponsorship provides a platform for the developer to showcase its expanding portfolio and strategic vision to global investors and real estate professionals.

The company enters IPS 2026 following a period of rapid growth, having concluded 2025 as a top-selling developer in Dubai Land Residence Complex. This momentum continued into 2026 with three project launches within three months, extending its footprint across key Dubai locations.

Expanding Project Portfolio

Peace Homes Development's current projects reflect a design-led approach, focusing on lifestyle and investment appeal. In Dubai Land, its Sky Line development builds on the success of Peace Lagoons I and II, which introduced the concept of an elevated lagoon within an apartment complex.

Another significant milestone is Peace Avenue, marking the developer's entry into Downtown Jebel Ali and its debut on Sheikh Zayed Road. This area is identified as crucial for Dubai's urban development. The portfolio also includes Sky Harmony in Jumeirah Village Circle, part of a collection that features Sky Suites, Sky Livings, and Sky Vista, an ultra-luxury collaboration with artist Jason Derulo.

Sky Harmony, developed in partnership with Natuzzi Italia, integrates Italian craftsmanship and design. This collaboration extends to Natuzzi Harmony Residences on Dubai Islands. Beyond the UAE, Peace Homes Development has pursued international expansion through targeted roadshows and overseas property showcases.
