Nikki Bisiker Design Studio Completes Elysian Mansion Villa Design in Dubai's Tilal Al Ghaf

Nikki Bisiker Design Studio has completed the design for a new Elysian Mansion villa situated in the luxury Tilal Al Ghaf development in Dubai. The project, which involved a comprehensive scope covering architecture, interior design, landscape work, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), procurement, and custom detailing, is now progressing to the interior fit-out phase.

The villa is located within the exclusive Elysian Mansions enclave, developed by Majid Al Futtaim, and features a multi-level structure including a basement, ground floor, first floor, and rooftop. The design concept for this residence blends a tranquil atmosphere with an eclectic aesthetic, drawing inspiration from global journeys, artisanal craftsmanship, and the natural environment.

Interiors are characterised by layered timber surfaces, organic tactile finishes, and a refined, harmonious colour palette, creating an understated elegance. The studio integrated the homeowners' personal history and memories into the design, notably incorporating monochrome photographs taken by the owners themselves into the decorative scheme. Bespoke elements include a seven-foot chandelier from Paris, a Venetian glass dining table resembling olive tree foliage, and custom millwork that enhances the home's handcrafted feel.

Outdoor spaces are inspired by African landscapes and feature a pool, water features, a fire pit, and dedicated rooftop zones. A private fitness area further complements the dwelling, which is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Nikki Bisiker, the founder, highlighted the project's success in merging creative vision with detailed execution, aiming to reflect the family's character while maintaining a serene and nature-connected ambiance. The studio, previously Nikki Bisiker Interior Design, rebranded to Nikki Bisiker Design Studio to reflect its expanded, full-service approach.
