Meraas Awards AED 590M Contract for City Walk Crestlane Phase 3 Apartments

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has commissioned Parkway International Contracting (L.L.C.) for a significant AED 590 million-plus main construction contract for Phase 3 of City Walk Crestlane. This phase will deliver 394 apartments across four new residential buildings.

Construction activities for the project have already begun, with the developer anticipating completion by the third quarter of 2028. This expansion is driven by sustained demand for well-designed urban living spaces in central Dubai.

Project Details and Amenities

City Walk Crestlane is envisioned as an extension of City Walk's established walkable urban environment, offering a blend of contemporary homes, landscaped open spaces, and distinctive water features. Residents will benefit from a comprehensive suite of amenities within the wider community, including:

• A floating clubhouse
• An outdoor cinema

These facilities complement City Walk's existing retail, dining, leisure, and public spaces. The development's central Dubai location provides convenient access to key areas such as Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Jumeirah Beach, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai International Airport.
