Dugasta Properties Launches Two New Residential Projects in Dubai, Adding 456 Mid-Market Units

Dubai developer Dugasta Properties has announced the launch of two new residential projects, Al Haseen 6 and Garden Living, targeting the growing demand for larger homes among middle-income buyers in Dubai.

These projects, unveiled at the International Property Show 2026, will collectively add 456 residential units to Dubai's mid-market housing sector. Al Haseen 6, located in Dubai Industrial City, will feature 287 units and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. Garden Living, situated in Liwan, will comprise 169 units with a tentative completion date by the end of 2026.

Focusing on Mid-Market Demand

Dugasta Properties' expansion focuses on providing well-designed homes with practical amenities and accessible price points. The developer noted a recent increase in demand for one-bedroom and larger homes, alongside a rise in average property investment sizes over the past six months, indicating robust investor interest in Dubai real estate.

"Buyers are looking for comfortable and practical homes, better amenities and payment structures that makes ownership manageable over long term," said Tauseef Khan, Founder and Chairman of Dugasta Properties.

India accounts for approximately 30% of buyer interest in Dugasta's projects, followed by buyers from Britain, Pakistan, and the UAE, highlighting the international appeal of Dubai's property market.
