Kempinski Launches Luxury Residences in Dubai Creek, Plans Marina Project for 2029

Kempinski Group, Europe’s longest-standing luxury hospitality company, has announced the launch of Kempinski Residences The Creek in Dubai. Developed in collaboration with Swiss Property, a Dubai-based boutique firm, the project comprises 279 luxury apartments set amidst natural landscapes, offering panoramic views towards Burj Khalifa and Creek Harbour.

Project Details and Amenities

The residences are designed to integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, aiming to foster a sense of community and healthy living. Amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, squash court, Padel court, and a spa. Residents will also benefit from butler service, an all-day dining restaurant, and 24/7 security. For families, the development provides an indoor kids’ room and an outdoor park. The location combines natural tranquillity, being close to a wildlife reserve, with urban sophistication.

Karim Adi, CEO of Swiss Property, highlighted that the project was founded on principles of human connection and healthy living, aiming to create an environment that encourages an active lifestyle and community.

Expanding Branded Residences Portfolio

The launch of Kempinski Residences The Creek expands Kempinski's growing portfolio of branded residences globally, with the UAE and the wider GCC identified as strategic focus areas due to the increasing demand for such properties. Barbara Muckermann, CEO of Kempinski Group, emphasised their commitment to offering residents a lifestyle that connects them with the destination's culture and cuisine, alongside the brand's renowned European elegance and service.

Looking ahead, Kempinski also plans to launch Kempinski Marina Residences in 2029, located in Dubai Marina. This future project is expected to feature architecturally designed vertical gardens and elegant interiors, further expanding the brand’s presence in Dubai's luxury residential market.
