Indian Developer Casagrand Plans Six Million Sq Ft Expansion in Dubai

Casagrand, a prominent Indian real estate developer with over two decades of experience and more than 200 projects completed or underway, is significantly expanding its presence in Dubai. The company aims to develop more than six million square feet of premium residential and mixed-use space in the emirate over the next three years.

Current Progress and Future Plans

Casagrand's initial venture into Dubai, Casagrand Hermina at Dubai Islands, has achieved significant sales, with 60 per cent of units already sold. This project has also garnered industry recognition, receiving the “Off-Plan Project of the Year” award at multiple ceremonies in 2026. The developer is in the process of finalising two additional projects before the end of the year and is actively assessing land parcels in key master-planned communities and emerging growth areas across Dubai.

Strategic Approach

The company's entry into the Dubai market has been marked by rapid progress. Casagrand was ranked first among new entrants in a closely watched industry annual ranking. In anticipation of further growth, the size of its Dubai-based team has doubled since its market entry last year.

Future developments will prioritise contemporary design, efficient layouts, and high-quality specifications, alongside amenities tailored to meet the expectations of Dubai's diverse resident and investor base. Casagrand intends to use its extensive design and development expertise from India, adapting it to the sophisticated demands of Dubai's international clientele.
