Hermanos Real Estate Launches in Dubai, Focusing on Talent Development

A new real estate brokerage, Hermanos Real Estate, has officially launched its operations in Dubai. Founded by Khaldoun Shindi, Amjad Rabaiah, and Hasan Issa, the company aims to cover a broad spectrum of the property market, including off-plan investments, villas, penthouses, branded residences, and commercial properties across the UAE and international markets.

Named after the Spanish word for "brothers," Hermanos brings together the three co-founders who previously worked together for six years. Their combined expertise spans brokerage leadership, sales, talent development, finance, and operations.

A key focus for Hermanos Real Estate will be investing in new real estate talent and agent development. Co-founder Hasan Issa, a KHDA-certified trainer with over a decade of experience in Dubai real estate, has previously trained more than 200 agents. This background will inform the company's approach to nurturing emerging professionals and fostering long-term careers within the industry.

For investors, Hermanos plans to establish dedicated teams that offer tailored opportunities, emphasising the development of lasting relationships beyond single transactions. Khaldoun Shindi brings extensive experience in brokerage leadership and developer relations in Dubai since 2011, while Amjad Rabaiah contributes 15 years of expertise in finance, operations, and business management to build the company's foundational support for growth. The founders underscore transparency and trust as critical elements for client and employee retention as the company expands.
