Fakhruddin Properties Launches AI and Robotic-Integrated Tréppan Vision in Dubai

Fakhruddin Properties has officially launched Tréppan Vision, a new mixed-use development located in the Dubai Land Residence Complex. The project represents an investment of US$191 million and is designed to integrate advanced technology, including artificial intelligence and robotics, into daily living.

Project Composition and Design

Tréppan Vision will feature a total of 463 units across three asset classes: 408 residential apartments, 48 office suites, and 7 retail units. The residential component includes a mix of 252 smart studios, 108 one-bedroom residences, and 48 two-bedroom residences. The development's unveiling took place at IPS 2026, an event focused on robotics, AI, wellness, and sustainability.

Robotic Integration for Enhanced Living

Unlike traditional smart-home systems, Tréppan Vision extends technological integration across the entire development. An ecosystem of specialised robots and connected services is designed to assist residents throughout their day. This includes eight distinct robotic services performing roles such as reception, household assistance, security, cleaning, coffee preparation, healthcare support, and delivery. Dedicated robots will operate on every floor to provide convenience and support.

According to Yousuf Fakhruddin, CEO and Managing Partner, the aim is to create an environment where technology works smoothly in the background to improve residents' lives, offering greater convenience, healthier environments, and more personal time, rather than just incorporating technology for its own sake.
