Dubai Municipality and Emaar Malls Partner for New Commercial Offerings in Dubai

Dubai Municipality has formalised a partnership with Emaar Malls Management LLC through a Memorandum of Collaboration. This agreement aims to explore and develop future commercial offerings, community facilities, and lifestyle destinations within Dubai's public spaces. The initiative is part of the Municipality's broader strategy to enhance public facilities and generate new investment opportunities by engaging private-sector expertise.

The collaboration establishes a framework for identifying suitable locations for these developments, fostering investment, and expanding the range of services and experiences available to residents and visitors. Both entities will exchange expertise and best practices in commercial and destination development to ensure efficient and effective project execution. The memorandum was signed by Eng. Bader Ahmed Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at Dubai Municipality, and Ahmad Thani Al Matrooshi, Executive Director at Emaar Properties.
