Azizi Hospitality Advances Five-Star Hotel in Azizi Riviera Towards Mid-2028 Opening

Azizi Hospitality, the hotel division of Azizi Developments, is moving forward with the construction of its five-star hotel situated in Azizi Riviera, Meydan. The property is slated to open in mid-2028.

This project is a key component of Azizi Hospitality's ambitious expansion strategy across the UAE, which involves an investment of AED 75 billion ($20.42 billion) into 151 hotels nationwide, primarily in Dubai. This extensive portfolio is projected to add approximately 60,000 room keys and generate over 75,000 job opportunities.

The hotel in Azizi Riviera is designed to offer a comprehensive range of amenities including diverse accommodation options, various dining experiences, wellness facilities, leisure activities, and family-oriented features. Architectural plans and guest experience considerations encompass Italian and Asian restaurants, a kids' club, a gym, and meticulously landscaped areas.

To ensure precision in design and guest experience, the team is constructing a full-scale mock-up of a guest room, corridor, and lift lobby. This allows for early assessment and refinement of layouts, materials, flow, and the overall aesthetic before final implementation.

Construction is currently underway, with excavation and foundation work completed. The upcoming phases will focus on the main structural build, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, followed by interior fit-out, furnishing, and equipment installation. The final stages will involve operational readiness and pre-opening preparations.
