Armani Hotel Dubai in Burj Khalifa to Fully Reopen in March 2027 After Major Renovation

The Armani Hotel Dubai, situated within the iconic Burj Khalifa, is undergoing an extensive transformation and is scheduled for a full reopening in March 2027. This follows an initial phase of renovation, with its ballroom and event spaces expected to be unveiled in January 2027.

The luxury property, which originally opened in 2010 and was personally designed by Giorgio Armani, temporarily closed on April 1, 2026, to facilitate the full-scale refurbishment. The renovation encompasses all rooms and suites, dining venues, the spa and fitness facilities, as well as the pool and outdoor areas.

The hotel's management has stated that the redesign aims to be an evolution of the property's identity, rather than a complete departure. It will continue to embody Armani's signature aesthetic of understated elegance, utilising refined materials and personalised service. Existing Armani/Casa furnishings will be retained in the updated interiors, ensuring continuity with the original design concept.

This significant upgrade at the Armani Hotel Dubai is part of a broader trend within Dubai's luxury hospitality sector. Several established hotels across the city, including Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Park Hyatt Dubai, The St Regis Dubai, The Palm, and Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City, are also investing in major refurbishments to enhance their interiors and guest experiences.
