Al Hamra Unveils Show Apartment for Waldorf Astoria Residences in Ras Al Khaimah

Al Hamra, a prominent real estate developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has launched a new show apartment for its Waldorf Astoria Residences, providing an exclusive preview of the coastal luxury tower. The development is scheduled for completion by the end of Q4 2027.

Overlooking the Arabian Gulf and offering panoramic views of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the project features a limited collection of 38 residences. These include spacious two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and a signature Sky Palace. This development marks the first Waldorf Astoria branded residence in the Gulf and only the third beachfront Waldorf Astoria Residences globally, following Miami and Costa Rica.

Design and Features

The show apartment highlights several key design elements and amenities:

• Twelve-meter-wide minimal-frame doors in sea-facing units, connecting living spaces to terraces with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, Ras Al Khaimah coastline, and the Wynn Resort skyline.
• Interiors feature marble flooring and discrete service circulation for enhanced privacy and efficiency.
• The show kitchen is equipped with luxurious Italian marble surfaces, Gaggenau appliances, Quooker taps, and integrated Sonos audio systems.
• The master bathroom is finished entirely in marble and includes a rain shower, bath, and Maserbath acoustic speakers.
• Intelligent home automation controls lighting, climate, scent, and sound, designed to adapt smoothly to daily routines.
