Ajman Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 1.53 Billion in August

Ajman's real estate sector demonstrated continued growth in August, with transactions totalling AED 1.53 billion across 994 deals. This positive performance highlights the market's resilience and robust demand for various property types within the Emirate, according to Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.

Transaction Breakdown

The trading volume for August reached AED 970 million from 767 transactions. The highest individual sale was recorded in Al Rawda 3, valued at AED 47 million. For property development projects, the highest-value sale was AED 2.1 million in the Azha Community.

Mortgage transactions also contributed significantly to the month's activity, with 142 transactions exceeding a total value of AED 340 million. Al Rawda 3 again saw the highest-value mortgage transaction, amounting to AED 27.5 million.

Key Areas of Activity

Emirates City emerged as the most actively traded major project, followed by City Towers and Ajman One. In terms of neighbourhoods, Al Helio 2 led the transaction volume, with Manama 14 and Al Helio 1 also seeing strong activity.
