Samsung Launches Galaxy Experience Pop-Up at Dubai Mall Store

Samsung Gulf Electronics has unveiled an interactive Galaxy Experience Space pop-up at its Brand Store in The Dubai Mall. The immersive installation, running from 7th August to 4th October, allows visitors to explore the new Galaxy Z Series through a series of AI-powered creative stations and hands-on demonstrations.

Inspired by the design of the Galaxy Z Fold8, the pop-up transforms the retail space into a gallery-like journey. Upon arrival, visitors register via a QR code to receive a personal digital Experience Card, which tracks their progress and unlocks rewards as they complete activities. There are six distinct experience stations:

• My FanCam: Record a clip and use Galaxy AI to spotlight one person.
• Photo Assist: Take a portrait and generate creative, scene-based imagery using AI photo prompts.
• Creative Studio: Create personalised emoji stickers from a portrait using AI, with on-the-spot printing.
• Multitasking: An interactive demonstration of the device's Multi Window capabilities.
• Content-Native Design: Showcases how various content formats adapt to the device's unique display.
• Smart Switch: A live demonstration of smooth phone migration to Galaxy.
• Ecosystem: Illustrates how music and other experiences transition across Galaxy devices (phone, buds, watch).

The pop-up will also host live engagements, including an on-air radio competition, a photography workshop and competition with creator Amir De Leon, and a live broadcast featuring radio hosts Priti Malik and Brent Black, complete with giveaways. The experience space is open daily: 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM Friday to Sunday.
