Dubai-headquartered European developer R.Evolution, through its longevity-led real estate brand EYWA, has introduced the House of Longevity, a new platform designed to translate scientific research and expertise into actionable guidance for health and wellbeing. Founded in partnership with the Future Readiness Forum (FRF), which will co-found and operate the initiative, the platform will focus on seven key areas: sleep and recovery, movement, nutrition, mental wellbeing, preventive health, healthy environments, and community and purpose.
The launch coincides with significant growth in the UAE's wellness economy. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the UAE's wellness economy reached USD 40.8 billion in 2024, demonstrating an average annual growth rate of 14.3% between 2019 and 2024, positioning it as the fastest-growing in the MENA region. The wellness real estate market in the UAE also expanded to USD 14.6 billion in 2025, now accounting for over 12% of the country's construction sector.
Bridging the Information Gap
The House of Longevity aims to tackle the challenge of synthesising vast and often complex information related to longevity research from various fields, including medicine, environmental science, and technology. Its goal is to make this knowledge accessible and applicable for individuals, families, professionals, and organisations.
"Longevity research is growing rapidly across health, well-being, science and the built environment. The challenge is turning that knowledge into something people can actually use in daily life. House of Longevity was launched to bridge that gap — bringing disciplines together and translate evidence into practical guidance across recovery, movement, nutrition, mental well-being and preventive health," stated Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of EYWA by R.Evolution.
EYWA will serve as the founding partner and provide a living campus for the initiative, allowing for practical exploration of ideas concerning healthy living and the built environment. The platform will convene experts from diverse disciplines to review research, identify areas of consensus and outstanding questions, and develop evidence-based guidance. Findings will be disseminated through expert content, workshops, community programmes, and an annual Longevity Summit in Dubai.
Supporting Dubai's Longevity Ecosystem
This initiative also aligns with the establishment of the Dubai Longevity Authority under Law No. 17 of 2026. This authority was created to develop Dubai’s longevity ecosystem, foster research and strategic partnerships, and oversee related activities and services. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum serves as President of the Authority, with Helal Saeed Almarri as Chairman.
R.Evolution's EYWA brand has committed AED 1.5 billion (USD 408 million) to two regenerative developments in Dubai, with projected investments reaching AED 5 billion (USD 1.36 billion) by 2030. EYWA Tree of Life was recognised as the Best Property in the World 2024 by the International Property Awards.
