Cosmo Developments Launches AED 6 Billion 'The Wadi' Residential Project on Yas Island

Cosmo Developments, a collaboration between Abu Dhabi's Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group, has unveiled 'The Wadi', a significant mixed-use residential project on Yas Island. With an estimated investment of AED 6 billion, the development is set to introduce 3,950 residential units to the prominent Abu Dhabi destination.

Reportage Group will oversee the entire lifecycle of 'The Wadi', from development and delivery through to long-term management. The project spans a plot area of approximately 140,700 square metres and will include a diverse range of residential units, such as studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. In addition to housing, the master plan incorporates commercial spaces, recreational and sports facilities, and a hotel.

Nature-Inspired Design and Location

'The Wadi' is designed with a strong connection to nature, drawing inspiration from the UAE's landscapes and the flow of water through valleys. This theme aims to create a contemporary community that reinterprets the relationship between land, water, and life, offering a grounded and connected living experience rooted in the region's natural and cultural heritage.

Strategically located along Yas Canal on Yas Island, the development benefits from its proximity to key attractions and infrastructure. It is approximately five minutes from Zayed International Airport, nine minutes from Ferrari World Yas Island, and 11 minutes from Yas Island, with central Abu Dhabi around 23 minutes away. This makes it an attractive proposition for residents, investors, and visitors alike.
