Casagrand Appoints Jaseera Building Contracting for Hermina Project at Dubai Islands

Casagrand, an Indian real estate developer with over two decades of experience, has formally appointed Jaseera Building Contracting LLC as the main contractor for its inaugural UAE development, Casagrand Hermina, situated in Dubai Islands.

This appointment marks a significant progression in the construction of Casagrand Hermina. With the foundational works now successfully completed, the project is moving forward as planned, targeting a handover in Q2 2028.

Luthfullah K, Director Dubai at Casagrand, highlighted the importance of this step for the project and for buyers. He underscored the growing prominence of Dubai Islands as a waterfront destination for living, visiting, and investment, stating that the company is committed to disciplined execution to match this momentum.
