BRDG House Launches in Dubai, Offering Strategic Development Partnership for Real Estate

BRDG House, a strategic development partner co-founded by real estate leaders Wissam Breidy and Paula Gambrell, has officially launched in Dubai. The firm aims to integrate directly with developers' teams to provide expertise across the entire development lifecycle, from strategy and brand building to commercial growth and sales leadership.

The company's philosophy, "We Build Value Before We Build Projects," reflects its approach of working closely with developers, investors, funds, and landowners. BRDG House focuses on identifying opportunities, crafting stronger project propositions, and executing strategies that not only benefit individual projects but also strengthen the developer's overall capabilities, reputation, and trust.

The co-founders bring extensive experience to the venture. Wissam Breidy, former CEO of HRE Development, has over two decades in media, strategic leadership, brand development, and real estate management. He was recognised as CEO of the Year at the 2025 Entrepreneur Leadership Awards. Paula Gambrell has more than 20 years of experience in international real estate, finance, and commercial leadership, including executive roles at DAMAC Properties, Ellington Properties, and Dar Global. Her career also includes expanding Dubai real estate's reach into China in 2014.

Collectively, Breidy and Gambrell have overseen development, positioning, commercialisation, and sales activities exceeding AED 30 billion across various markets. BRDG House operates through four interconnected pillars: Development Strategy, Brand & Trust, Sales & Commercial Growth, and Development Management, covering project stages from opportunity assessment to market activation and delivery.
