Amali Properties, an ultra-luxury developer co-founded by Ali and Amira Sajwani, has confirmed that the AED220 million sale of its Villa Avatea on Amali Island, located within The World Islands, stands out as one of Dubai's most significant residential property transactions in 2026.

The sale, which was finalised in March 2026, underscores the robust demand and sustained appeal of Dubai's ultra-luxury residential real estate market. This landmark transaction serves as a key indicator of the sector's continued strength.

Villa Avatea is described as the premier residence within the Amali Island development, often referred to as "an island within an island" due to its extensive spaces, privacy, and exclusivity. The property offers a substantial built-up area of 35,764 sq ft on a 58,081 sq ft plot.
