Meraas Atelis is a new residential development by Meraas, situated in the fast-growing Creekside waterfront area of Dubai Design District (D3). The architectural vision for the project comes from the renowned American firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architectural studio behind the iconic Burj Khalifa. The development comprises 280 residences, offering a selection of 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, as well as expansive sky villas and luxury penthouses. Prices at Meraas Atelis begin at AED 2.1 million (approximately $571,700) for a one-bedroom residence. Two-bedroom apartments start from AED 3.8 million ($1,034,600), while three-bedroom residences are available from AED 7.4 million ($2,014,700). Four-bedroom apartments start at AED 10.4 million ($2,831,500). Sky villas are priced from AED 13 million ($3,539,300), and penthouses start from AED 21.6 million ($5,880,800). Meraas provides buyers with an interest-free 75/25 payment structure, with a 20% initial payment. Completion of the project is scheduled for Q3 2029. Residents will have access to a comprehensive range of lifestyle facilities. The development will feature an impressive two-level entrance lobby with 24-hour concierge service, an infinity pool with views across the Creek, a fully equipped fitness centre, spa facilities, residents' lounges and dedicated children's play areas.
