The company has entered Dubai's luxury real estate market with its first project, Adhara Star, a 17-story residential tower located in Arjan. Slated for completion by Q1 2025, this development will feature 113 fully furnished one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as retail spaces, emphasizing high-end materials and modern amenities.

Acube has ambitious plans to develop and market around 1 million square feet of residential property in Dubai within the next three years.
