About the role
As a Senior Property Consultant at Gaia Living, you'll own your patch on Dubai Marina — building genuine relationships with buyers, sellers and investors, and guiding them through some of the most important decisions of their lives. You won't be reading from a script; you'll be the person clients trust because you actually know the neighbourhood.
You'll be backed by a marketing engine, an advisory desk, and a brand people already respect — so you can focus on what you do best: people.
What you'll do
Own and grow your relationships across Dubai Marina and surrounding waterfront communities.
Advise buyers and investors with honest, data-backed guidance — not pressure.
Run viewings, negotiations and closings end-to-end with full back-office support.
Stay the local expert: buildings, service charges, yields, and what's actually worth buying.
What we're looking for
5+ years in Dubai real estate with a track record you're proud of.
Deep knowledge of at least one community — you should know it like a resident.
RERA certified (or able to certify quickly).
A relationship-builder first, a closer second.
