Coordinate the client journey across sales, legal and handover.
Keep our CRM accurate and our follow-ups on time.
Be the friendly first point of contact for client questions.
What we're looking for
2+ years in operations, admin or client service.
Exceptional organisation and warmth.
Comfortable with CRM tools and detail.
